The Greenville Tea Party of South Carolina urges that South Carolina opt out of Health Insurance Exchanges that are part of the Affordable Care Act of 2010. The one million dollar Federal Grant to set up a state managed exchange should be rejected and returned. A state-level insurance exchange that is obligated to enforce Federal rules is not managed at the state level..
