Government to Violate Constitution Again
Any power that can be abused will be abused.
Cardinal-designate Timothy Dolan, sharply criticized the decision by the Obama administration in which it "ordered almost every employer and insurer in the country to provide sterilization and contraceptives, including some abortion-inducing drugs, in their health plans....Never before has the federal government forced individuals and organizations to go out into the marketplace and buy a product that violates their conscience. This shouldn't happen in a land where free exercise of religion ranks first in the Bill of Rights."

People that look to God for rightful authority on matters of morality and salvation are guaranteed their freedom of religion by the Constitution. We have no confidence in the judgment, wisdom, or values that drive a Federal Agency like the HHS. It is a shallow creature unfit to make mandates on our society, or to spread its false concepts on the nature of life. The HHS treats pregnancy like a disease.
The HHS considers irrelevant the immutable law of the Creator. It cannot conceive any consequences to the destruction of life, but people who have a standard of morality see our nation being in great jeopardy. Daniel Webster asserted, “History is God’s Providence in human affairs.”
When the secular values of the HHS can displace those of the faithful, this nation will experience inestimable trouble and anguish. The First Amendment orders that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The Federal Government, and especially these unelected agencies, cannot force abortion services and products on a religious people and their organizations.
The Federal Government breaches the trust of the people and governs contrary to the will of the people on many issues. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is so blatantly unconstitutional and unaffordable that only a system gone wrong could tolerate its existence. The Federal Government knows no boundaries for exercising power illegally and taking the nation into moral decline. The Constitution will only be enforced when the people with great intensity demand corrective action.

Henry Lamb analyzed the comprehensive land use plan for Greenville County, SC. The purpose of the analysis was to demonstrate and document for local elected officials the direct relationship of their county plan to Agenda 21 and other international policies. Both analyses are linked in the commentary, and are posted at the Freedom21 website When Greenville’s comprehensive land plan was updated in 1994, very few people had even heard about Agenda 21, and had no awareness that eight of the nine plan elements closely matched the eight program elements set forth in Chapter 7 of Agenda 21.
