State Sovereignty is more important then ever. The Federal Government and its expanding Bureaucracy are ruling America with a soft tyranny. The public sector in Washington, D.C is living high on the hog while confiscating our earnings, stifling the private sector, and bathing America with non-stop propaganda. The Attornery General Eric Holder files punitive lawsuits against citizens to punish and stifle Anti-Abortion advocates. Citizens that speak out are subjected to audits, i.e Joe the Plumber. Last August Eric Holder filed a lawsuit against Mary Susan Pine for allegedly blocking an entrance driveway to an abortion clinic in Florida. Meanwhile he dumped a cut and dry case of voter intimation by the New Black Panther Party.
Creating divisions among the citizens is the main tactic for government to maintain their grip on power and policy. Free speech is curtailed by political correctness campaigns and marketing "diversity" as some sort of essential value to society.
There are several dangerous politicians in Washington trying to get Federal government control over internet content. The Federal Government is taking control of the food supply, energy, health care, sustainable communities and private property. Everything the founding fathers warned about is upon us. The Constitution prevented the concentration of power. But the War of Northern Aggression was an assault on State Sovereignty and started the concentration of power in the central government. When the Federal Reserve was created in 1913 along with the passage of the 16th and 17th Amendment in the same year, the states again lost power to the Federal Government. From that point, the banking cartel, global business interests, and the Federal Government have partnered to concentrate power in their hands.
We see future generations being crushed by overwhelming debt. The generation entering retirement are watching their savings lose value to the Federal Reserve's money inflation actions. The government is demanding higher taxes to pay for their spending and unfunded mandates. Freedom for future generations to decide how to spend their earnings, and find private property to own is diminished before they come of age.
The family unit is under duress from a government when both spouses must work just to pay for the taxes. The amount of money the family loses to the government could easily pay for food and shelter. The family has its maximum influence when only one spouse has to worked.
The American Culture, like the European culture is in a fatal freefall with the declining birthrates. This only happened with the most recent generations and the rise of big government-global business alliance. Power and money are behind the continuous assaults on the American Family, on small business, on American culture, on religions and public virtue. The campaign to promote abortion is ultimately an assault on the culture more than a debate on pro-life and pro-choice.
Natural Law is the basis for this country's founding, not government sponsored legal rights. Natural inalienable Rights are the eternal and univeral. These are laws given by man's creator. Pro-choice is a government given "right" sometime referred to as reproductive rights. Its violates natural law; there is no inalienable right to abortion granted by man's creator.
Once America worked to earn income to support the family and the dignity of its citizens. The new narrative is to earn as much as possible at the expense of the family. Only a Government-Special Interest partnership would sacrifice the fabric of society for the sake of money and power. The Global Corporate special interests promote abortion, orchestrate mass immigrations of cheap illegal labor, ignore the Constitution, marginalize religous values and beliefs, and invent artifical government granted rights for citizens to fight over. The end result, a decline in the middle class, family values, free enterprise and American liberty. A strong country requires a virtuous public.
The Founders understood, any power that might be abused will be abused.
The government and court decisions sanitized the government controlled public school system of all moral teachings and values. When the government has a monopoly over education, it is only a matter of time before indoctrination displaces learning and truth.
The government and courts attack religion by trying to redefine "Freedom of Religion" as the greatly reduced "Freedom to Worship" just like in the former Soviet Union. Religion is okay as long as it stays in its place. New government rules that faith-based organizations have to pay for abortions despite it being an act that is contrary to a religions teachings is another tactic for government to push religious influence out of hospitals and other institutions.
The courts diminished the value of citizenship despite warnings from generations of past leaders when they permitted dual citizenship 
. Its perfectly okay to be a citizen of the US and another country now. The oath for citizenship has no standing in court; its reduced to just a motto. In Mexico the corrupt government encourages Mexicans to secure U.S. citizenship while maintaining their allegiance to Mexico. This is their release value for an exploding population of poor people. The US government tolerates being used as a source of entitlements for another country. The American Middle Class pays for it while the super-global rich make their profits off of the illegal low paid imported labor.
Some of our problems are government manufactured: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Community Reinvestment Act, Ethanol subsidies, the Energy Crisis, unfunded expanding entitlements, a failing Education System, and the lack of employment.
In South Carolina, the struggle is to turnaround state government so that it represents and serves the citizens. These are some important battles to restore the government accountability:

To return power to the people, the individual states have to be revitalized. The modern day Tories do not want to sacrifice the federal grants. Tories do not want more responsibility and accountability at the local level. Its much less complicated when you can defer to the central government and just spend grant money. It is part of the national debt. People will not blame the State Legislators for putting future generations into permanent high tax situations.
Any state representative that is not resisting the central government falls into two categories:
- Democrat (Secular Progressive / Socialists / Some Communists)
- Pretend Republicans (Rino's, Carpetbaggers, and Opportunists)

America’s founders did not create "one nation" with 13 (now 50) provinces. They created a confederated republic with 13 (now 50) "Free and Independent States." [Declaration of Independence]. This means that. even after the US Constitution was ratified in 1787, the states maintained independent, nation-state status. Therefore, each State is duly authorized and charged with the responsibility of protecting the rights and liberties of its citizens–even if that means resisting (peaceably or otherwise) the federal government—including the right of states to secede, if need be, in order to protect their liberties.
